Strawberry Place Surgery

Strawberry Place Surgery is a purpose built practice situated in Morriston with over 7,000 patients. Our current team includes 2 full time Partners, 2 part time Salaried GPs, 2 Practice Nurses, Nurse Prescriber and a HCA.  The practice undertakes medical student teaching and research.

Cwmtawe Cluster has been awarded the £1.7 million Transformation Fund through Welsh Government and as a result our practice will also benefit from a Physiotherapist, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Pharmacist for the next 12 months

We have been successfully running a full telephone triage system since 2012; our experienced Practice Nurses take part in the triage and deal with most of the minor illnesses. We would be happy to discuss booked appointments if triage is not preferred by the applicant.

We are a very happy team and are prepared to wait for the right candidate to join us. We would encourage you to arrange an informal visit, or alternatively we do have some locum dates available which would give you a good taster!
