Wellington Practice

We can offer continuity of care in a small friendly team in purpose built premises in the heart of the military town of Aldershot.

We share the building with two other practices and have the benefit of Paramedic Practitioners carrying out home visits, a clinical pharmacist for two sessions per week, a direct booking MSK Physiotherapy service as well as support from the Medicines Management Team to assist with medication audits.  We have a chronic disease practice nurse and a Health Care Assistant to complete our Team.

We look after 3 local Nursing Homes offering a weekly ward round to each home and have high QOF achievement.  We train medical students from the University of Southampton.
