IG Medical - Ilkley Moor Medical Practice & Grassington Medical Practice

LKLEY MOOR MEDICAL PRACTICE & GRASSINGTON MEDICAL CENTRE 

We are a successful PMS practice covering two sites. At Ilkley Moor Medical practice we have a patient list of over 14000, and a further 4000 patients are registered at our sister site Grassington Medical Practice.

We provide first class patient care which is evidenced by our excellent patient survey feedback and we offer a wide range of core and enhanced services across the two sites. Our practices are an integral part of our communities, with active patient participation groups and highly engaged patients.

We hold the Gold Standards Quality Hallmark Award for our work with palliative care patients, and in 2015 were finalists in the General Practice Awards "General Practice Team of the Year" for our innovative work in care homes.

Both practices have undergone CQC inspection recently with Ilkley rated as Good with areas of outstanding practice in February 2016, and Grassington pending the results of an inspection in November 2016.

We work collaboratively with neighbouring practices and we are closely engaged with our CCG and colleagues in the secondary care, voluntary sector and public health/social services. The practice has a reputation for being ahead of the game and we are now in another exciting phase of development.
