Hope Citadel Healthcare

We provide NHS funded services in four areas of Greater Manchester; Fitton Hill, Middleton, Hollinwood and Levenshulme.

Our four sites provide GP and nursing services to the local population, with Walk-in Services provided 7 days a week in Middleton and Levenshulme. The surgeries give local people access to minor surgery, on-site counselling, stop-smoking advice, drug and alcohol counselling, baby clinics and more within their own community. Each of our sites has a slightly different flavour as we seek to serve the local population, but delivered with the Hope Citadel mark of aiming to provide high quality healthcare to everyone with compassion and dignity.

Hill Top Surgery, which opened in July 2009, is one of four GP practices in Greater Manchester that are run by Hope Citadel Healthcare.
