5-7 session GP Partner vacancy in Salisbury, Wiltshire
COME AND HELP ‘‘DINOSAURS’’ CONTINUE TO THRIVE IN THE MODERN ERA!
(Would TRUE dinosaurs really say this?!).
Due to upcoming retirement of a long serving senior partner we are seeking a 5-7 session GP Partner to join our practice team.
We are a GMS teaching practice located in the centre of Salisbury serving a population of 12,000+ patients. Our team consists of 5 partners, 5 salaried doctors, 1 GPST, 4 practice nurses (one prescribing), 1 HCA and a phlebotomist. We have individualised support from our friendly yet efficient management and admin teams.
We’re proud to buck the trend of triage based care. We continue to thrive running personalised lists. We consider this increases both patient and practitioner satisfaction through continuity of care; our rising practice population supports this.
We owner-occupy a historic house with a spacious purpose-built clinical domain complete with in-house pharmacy. We are a supportive team, offering mentoring as well as a weekly clinical meeting for case discussions and mutual learning. While independent we work closely with our neighbouring surgeries as part of the local PCN to provide Extended Access and other schemes.
Salisbury is a vibrant medieval cathedral city recently ranked as the best place to live in the UK by the Sunday Times. It has a great market, excellent schools, beautiful countryside and easy access to the South Coast and London.
We offer six weeks annual leave, one week study leave and always guarantee your birthday off! We would consider waiting for the right candidate.
Informal visits and phone calls are welcome. Please contact Debbie Petty on 01722 820440 / email@example.com
