6 – 8 session clinical GP partner in London

We are excited to welcome a new 6 – 8 session clinical partner to join our existing leadership team due to a reduction in sessions from a retiring partner. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and proven leader to share their clinical skills, innovation and inspiration in an environment that promotes excellence. In your new role you will be supported by our efficient and proactive management and admin team in taking on this exciting challenge.

We seek to adopt innovative ways of delivering care to our growing patient population of 13,500 and have a diverse multi-disciplinary team including pharmacists, nurses, paramedics & physiotherapists. We have a strong team-based approach resulting in a happy, dynamic and supportive environment for the entire practice.

Our practice is a leader in both patient care and medical education, rated as ‘Good’ across all domains by CQC, and recognised with national teaching awards. Over the past year we provided clinical leadership for Covid Hot Hub services across the CCG and we are currently one of two PCN hubs delivering vaccines in Haringey. We have consistently high clinical outcomes as recognised in our QOF and LCS achievements. Our team has multiple external leadership roles at PCN, CCG and borough levels.

We host medical students, foundation doctors and GP trainees each year as well as several allied healthcare students. Our current team includes GP trainers, a postgraduate programme director and the pan-London academic GP associate dean as well as lecturers and fellows in undergraduate medical education.

We would invite you to open a dialogue with us to explore the possibility of working with us. Please email our practice manager: sarah.mclaughlin1@nhs.net for details of how to apply.

Interviews to be held in person at the Morris House Group Practice all day on Friday 19th March 2021.
