Nurse Practitioner Job, Yeovil

The opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care to join a well-established rural practice. The practice sits in a semi-rural area, with a manageable patient list with an experienced team of GPs. The Partners are very supportive and you will be encouraged to pursue any specialist interests and fully supported through any additional training. Key Information

  • 30 hours per week – 4 days
  • Looking after the acute needs of the patients with 15 minute appointments
  • Good patient mix from pockets of depravation, pockets of affluence, families and the elderly
  • Regular internal meetings and a strong team feel
  • Proper routine and practice structure implemented to provide a genuine work-life balance
  • Special interests and CPD fully encouraged and supported to provide professional stimulus
  • Excellent clinical and admin support team to assist you in your work and relieve workload pressure

 

Key Benefits

  • Salary between £40,000 - £44,000 WTE
  • Indemnity paid

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Desire to be part of a dedicated team
  • Patient focused ANP committed to providing the highest level of care
  • Registered Nurse with the NMC, possess the right to work in the UK
  • Independent prescriber
  • Without a masters qualification in triage, assessment or minor illness would be of interest
