Become a member of the Editorial Board for BJGP Open

The Editorial Board of BJGP Open advises and assists the Editor on the content and strategic direction of the Journal. We wish to expand and broaden the membership of the Board by appointing new UK and international members.

Successful applicants will be service or academic GPs or non-clinical primary care researchers either in the UK or abroad. Board Members should expect to attend meetings in person or via teleconferences twice a year. They will also contribute two peer reviews per year and this may include reviews where authors have appealed against editorial decisions. Applicants should have an interest in original research and learning related to primary care. The post is not paid but expenses are reimbursed, subject to approval. We will also waive the registration fee to attend the annual BJGP Research Conference.
