An exciting opportunity has arisen for Nurse Practitioners Prescribers to join the CHoC team in support of our out-of-hours services in the South of the county offering flexible working opportunities in a fast-paced but supportive working environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The post holder will work as a member of a close team responsible for recognising, negotiating and implementing processes to enhance the delivery of care.
You will:
- assess patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
- initiate treatment
- conduct investigations
- give advice and manage problems using professional autonomous decision making processes
- liaise with other healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.
