A rare opportunity to work as a Salaried GP for a truly forward-thinking practice in the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. The practice is excellently-run with reduced admin burden and a key interest in GP Training. The practice has innovative ways of reducing GP workload, regularly pilots new schemes ahead of other practices.

Salary - £9,000 - £11,000 per session (experience/interest dependent) + indemnity cover + 6 weeks' annual leave + 1 week study leave

  • Geared towards reducing GP workload
    • Clinical support team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners
    • Administrative support team of Data Quality Administrators - all your letters are pre-read and only letters requiring Action passed on - reduces letters by circa 80%
    • Serious about GP work/life balance

Your role -

  • Salaried GP or view to Partnership
  • 5 - 8 sessions
  • Patient workload - morning 14 f2f, afternoon 10 f2f (+ 3-4 calls(
  • Using Emis Web Clinical system
