Wyre Forest Health Partnership (WFHP) is appointing a Salaried GP at our Kidderminster Medical Centre site, working minimum 4 sessions per week, to join our friendly forward-thinking, high-achieving and innovative partnership, where the team take genuine pride in making work stimulating, challenging and rewarding.

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic team player who can demonstrate commitment and flexibility with the drive to deliver a high standard of patient centric medicine whilst maximising primary care business opportunities. We are seeking Doctors who share our passion and who can assist the partnership to become the best it can be in a modern NHS.

WFHP was formed four years ago and now consists of six surgeries based in the beautiful Wyre Forest area. We have 44 GPs and over 200 staff looking after over 73,000 patients. Kidderminster Medical Centre is located in the centre of town and based in brand new purpose-built premises with state-of-the art facilities. It has a friendly and supportive team of GP partners, salaried GPs, ANP’s, practice nurses, HCA’s, pharmacists and administration staff who offer a vast range of services to over 13,500 patients.

With a population of about 55,000, Kidderminster is famous for its quality woven carpets and as the birthplace of Sir Rowland Hill, founder of the Penny Post. It is the retail hub of the area and boasts a large selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as independent shops. It is located with easy access to the M5 and M42 motorways, being 14 miles north of the City of Worcester and 20 miles south west of Birmingham.
