General Practitioner – Shotgate Surgery

At IMH, providing patient care is at the heart of what we do, and we don’t want to stop there. We currently have a General Practitioner role available in our Shotgate Surgery in Basildon. The details are:

• Annual salary of up to £85,000
• Joining Bonus of up to £5000 on offer
• NHS Pension
• £500 per month contribution to Medical Indemnity costs
• 40 hours per week (days/hours flexible)
• 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + 40 hours study leave
• Up to 50 hours free CPD which can be achieved online
• Role available immediately

Practice Profile:

• Practice skill mix consists of a part time Lead GP, Practice Nurse and a Clinical Pharmacist
• 3300 patient list
• Type of APMS contract
• Enhanced services offered
• System One clinical system
• Shotgate Surgery is based on the outskirts of Basildon, Essex. Basildon lies 32 miles east of Central London, 11 miles south of Chelmsford and 10 miles west of Southend-on-Sea. Basildon has fantastic transport facilities, including a train to central London every 15 minutes.
