Salaried GP position in Sunderland offering £20,000 Golden Handshake

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced or newly qualified GP to join a friendly, well-established practice based in Sunderland   

There are two vacancies across two sites. Both sites are looking for between 4-8 sessions.

Competitive salary + paid PDP +  Full indemnity & NHS pension + £20k Golden Handshake

Breakdown of the practice;

• 12,500 Patients across two sites- vacancy is not cross site you would be permanently based at one site

1st site;

• 2 Salaried GP’s
• 3 ANP’s
• 2 Practice Nurses
• 2 Heath Care Assistants
• 2 Pharmacy Technicians
• Practice Manager
• Full reception team
• Clincal meeting every fortnight

2nd site;

• 2 Salaried GP’s
• 1 ANP
• 1 Lead Nurse
• 1 HCA
• Full reception team
• Business Manager
• Clinical meetings every fortnight

Typical set up of the GP’s day:

• 14 F2F- 2 telephone consultations in the morning
• 14 F2F- 2 telephone consultations in the afternoon
• Time allocated for administration
• On-call divided amongst the GP’s
• Minimal home visits
