GP Clinical Lead
Salary: £110,000 Pro-Rata + Benefits and NHS Pension
I am currently working with an established private healthcare provider of NHS services across the Essex area. This organisation is currently seeking a motivated and resilient GP Clinical Lead to contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
This large organisation is focused on delivering high quality care and fantastic customer service. The organisation has recently invested heavily on new technologies and innovations to deliver vast improvements to community and primary care services.

The organisational approach is bringing together services from various health services to provide a unified service and therefore, consistent care for your patients. The organisation has developed and launched the Care Coordination Centre model which is helping to keep people healthy and allow them to receive care in their own homes. This in turn reduces hospital pressures and provide a better quality of life for your patients.
You will be working as a GP Clinical Lead on a part-time basis. This permanent position is available for 8 hours a week however, additional hours are available to work as a GP in this surgery and in the local area. You will be working a 50/50 split working in both a clinical patient facing role, with rest of your time working in a non-clinical role.
You will be paid a salary of £110,000 pro-rata plus private company benefits. You will also receive an NHS pension and mileage.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will be a current GP seeking a new challenge and more responsibility, or you can be a current GP seeking more flexibility in your work hours. You must have an active registration with the General Medical Council, and you must be on a Medical Performer's List of a Primary Care Trust in England. You must have the desire to enable change and champion a culture of patient focus while promoting health and you must also provide evidence of continuing professional development.
You will be given the support to empower you to provide high quality care to your patients. You will receive a very generous salary according to the Agenda for Change Pay Scale.
