Breakdown: 1 x 12 patient clinic (AM), 1 x 6 patient clinic (PM), Associated admin, Practice admin (scripts, letters and possibly checking blood results), 1 possible visit only if urgent

Rate: Day rate from £575

Dates/Hours:

Ideally looking for a locum for dates in November and December.
