Salaried GP Position in Leicester- £85,000 FTE + Full indemnity & NHS pension

Opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified GP to join a friendly, well-established practice in the Leicester area.

The current partners have up to 8 sessions available but would consider anyone willing to commit to at least 4 sessions.

The package is an outstanding one and are paying up to:

£10,500 per session + Full indemnity & NHS pension

Breakdown of the practice

• 7000 patients
• 5 salaried GPs (working varied number of sessions – from 2 – 8 per week)
• Full nursing team – including ANPs
• Practice nurses covering all week
• 3 PNs, 2 HCAs
• Full supporting admin and reception team
• Practice Manager / Business manager
• Enhances services performed on site
• Minor surgery performed
• Weekly clinical meetings
• Training practice
• Real opportunity for clinical career progression

Typical set up of the day

• 15 appointments in the morning
• 15 appointments in the afternoon
• Up to 1 hour allocated time for admin
• Clinical Pharmacist to support the GPs with medication reviews and prescribing
• Normally low visits – most of these duties taken care of by ANP & PN
