We currently have a Clinical Director role available in our Chessel Practice in Hampshire. The details are:

  • Annual salary of up to £110,000
  • NHS Pension
  • Medical Indemnity covered by IMH
  • 40 hours per week
  • 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + 40 hours study leave (pro-rata)
  • Up to 50 hours free CPD
  • Role Available August 2018

Chessel Profile:

    • Clinical skill mix consists of Clinical Director, Salaried GPs, ANPs, a Home Visit Practitioner, Practice Nurses and HCAs.
    • 11,000 patients list
    • Opening hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:30
    • GMS Contract
    • We provide the following enhanced services cervical smears, child development and immunisation clinic, counselling clinic, family planning, varicose ulcer clinic, well-baby clinic, travel immunisations and smoking cessation.
    • EMIS Web computer system in use

As a Clinical Director in Chessel, you’ll spend 3-4 days per week in practice caring for patients and 1 day carrying out your clinical leadership responsibilities. As well as providing strong clinical leadership and governance, you’ll help the practices to develop innovative services, deliver clinical excellence and get the best out of their teams.
