Background -

A rare opportunity to work in rural Kent for a well-established and well-run surgery. The practice is small and friendly and offers traditional family medicine and an extremely manageable working day of just 13 patients in the morning and 9 in the afternoon.


Salary - £10,800 per session + Indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave


Location - Rye area


The surgery -

• Friendly and traditional practice
• Small, close-knit team
• Organised practice - all Docman is triaged
• Excellent staff retention and social harmony and good communication
• Superb patient feedback - access to the surgery is excellent
• Working to a GMS contract (BMA equivalent contract still offered)

Your role -

• Salaried GP
• 4 - 6 sessions
• Morning- 13 appointments, Afternoon- 9 appointments
• Limited home visits - the practice has a home-visiting service
• No extended hours required
