GP needed at a Practice in Scarborough £2880 - £3840 per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GP to work on a regular or permanent basis at a well-established GP Practice in Scarborough. Every staff member in this practice are very friendly and welcoming, and the practice is consistently receiving excellent feedback!

 

The modern built practice is committed to their standards by delivering a high-quality care and service to their patients, community and staff; actively contributing to the improvement of care systems through innovation and research; and managing a secure and rewarding work environment.

 

The practice is right near the coast of Scarborough, offering excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby for lunch or evening meals! Moreover, a lunch break by the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!

 

If you’re traveling, there is a Travel Lodge opposite the practice which offers around £150-200 for 3 nights including breakfast and Wi-Fi.

There is a mosque just 8 minutes’ walk away from the practice (4-minute drive) called the ‘Scarborough Islamic Society Community Centre’ where you can attend for your prayers.

 

The practice focuses on:

Minor illnesses

Sexual health and contraception

Healthcare for homeless

Wound care

 

Role:

Regular Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + 1 Saturday every 4 weeks

8am – 8pm

9-12 sessions per week (3 sessions per day)

1 x 4 hour session includes

1 catch up per 4 patients in an hour (12 patients in 3 hours)

Last 1.5 hours includes admin, visits (rare) and 2 calls

Lunch in-between

Full Support staff on site including ANP and practice Nurse 

 

Pay:

£960 per day (£2880 - £3840 per week)

Paid weekly

Registered GP with the GMC

Right to work in the UK
