Dream Medical is seeking enthusiastic and committed GP's  for a patient-centred independent practices & busy UTC/WIC

We have long term rotas available and hours to suit.

The roles entail providing the full range of GP services including:

• Consultations including F2F & Telephone Triage, Home Visits, Shared Admin.
• Hours & Days to suit
• Make professional autonomous decisions.
• Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
• Screen for disease risk factors and early signs of illness while developing treatment and associated care plans
• Record clear consultation notes.
• Refer patients to other care providers as required
