About the Practice

Join a thriving, modern clinic equipped with 12 exam rooms, advanced medical technology, and fully integrated EMR systems. This physician-led, professionally managed practice provides comprehensive on-site services, including lab and pharmacy facilities. It’s the ideal environment for delivering top-tier patient care while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

The Role

• Guaranteed Salary: $222,000 CAD for the first year (or until reaching 800 rostered patients, typically within six months).
• Earning Potential: Post-800 patients, your earning potential rises to a minimum of $350,000 CAD per annum.
• Support for Relocation: A $5,000 relocation bonus is available for the right candidate, along with full sponsorship for the LIMA immigration process to secure your work permit.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: 4 days per week, including one weekend or evening shift.
• Hours: 32 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Appointments: 10-15 minutes per patient, ensuring a manageable pace and quality care.
