They are a CQC rated ‘GOOD’ GP Practice in Reading, known for their forward-thinking approach and team-focused environment. They are incredibly innovative and dynamic with their approach to patient first focus, with a team that's been in place for several years. Due to exciting times within the practice, they are seeking a practice nurse to join their tea, with the opportunity to progress. Ideally you will be able to see from birth, do all general practice nurse duties and specialise within diabetes or any chronic disease management.

Experience Required:

Essential:

• Experience in a primary care environment
• Experience as a practice nurse on the NMC
• General Practice Nursing duties
