The surgery –

• GP Training Practice
• Healthy team of GP Partners and Salaried GPs

  • Advanced processes for scripts and workflow – minimal GP input
  • Paramedics conducting home visits
  • No evenings or weekend commitments
• Coffee break every morning and afternoon

Your role –

• 5-6 sessions per week
• Weekly Partner session
• Well-structured workload consisting of:
  • 12-14 patients per session (depending on sessional split of phone calls and face-to-face appointments)
  • 10-minute phone calls
  • 15-minute face-to-face
• List-holding to promote continuity and getting to know your patients – very reasonable list sizes
• Triage-based Duty day alongside ANPs – only minimal number face-to-face appointments
• Special interests encouraged and can evidence supporting existing clinicians
