The surgery –

• Award-winning GP Training Practice with numerous Trainers
• Well-maintained premises
• Geared towards reducing GP workload
  • Clinical support team of Paramedic Practitioner, MSK, Mental Health Practitioner, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Urgent Care Team
  • Several layers of admin support including other clinicians taking away some PATH work
  • Admin slots within your clinic in addition to your admin time around it
• Pleasant demographic – leafy suburbs
• Coffee break every morning and monthly CPD session with external consultants/speakers
• EMIS Web

Your role –

• Salaried GP
• Ideally 5 sessions to include a Friday (the monthly CPD session is also on a Friday)
• Very manageable workload
  • 27 patients per day – mixture of same-day and pre-booked
• No Duty Doctor
• Very few if any home visits
• Working in small teams to encourage continuity of care – two GPs to a team plus allied health
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
