Background -

I am pleased to be working with this forward thinking, exceptionally well-run practice in the Havant area. A Training and Research practice, who are Tier 2 Sponsoring and home to the PCN Clinical Director. They have made a number of genuinely considered and positive changes in recent years, including have the option to have 12 or 15 minute appointments.

Led by a dedicated, passionate and long-standing Partnership. GPs are encouraged to share ideas with a view to involving everyone is solutions to challenges.

Education and innovation are pillars of the surgery, so those looking to advance will be supported. Tier 2 Visa sponsoring! 

Salary – £11,000 - £11,500 per session + indemnity + 7 weeks annual leave +

Your Role –

• Salaried GP, view to Partnership available
• Option to have 12- or 15-minute appointments
• Max 14 patients per session, less if e-consults do not require further appointment
• 4-6 sessions per week
• Incentive payments for taking on more responsibilities
• Only 1 session of Duty per week which is solely picking up any overflow
• Encouragement to specialise in extra areas of interest

• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
