Profitable Partnership - Up to £135,000 per annum - 6 Sessions - Waterlooville

I'm working witjh a surgery in Waterlooville (Hampshire) who are looking for a Partner GP to join their team with annual salary of £135,000.

Our pro-active client have a brilliant team and a very flexible working schedule. They have developed new and innovative ways of working and with new NHS ways of working they are in a good position going forward. A purpose-built surgery who not only have a brilliant set up are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after, which is clear by their unique offering.

Due to retirement, they are looking for another GP to come on board within the partnership. MCG have recently supplied another surgery in Waterlooville with a partner and that same client has referred this surgery to MCG Healthcare. 

The Package

• Up to £135K per annum
• Partnership (profit share, very lucrative) 
• No buy in
• Full indemnity cover
• Full NHS Pension
• 6 weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays
• 1 week CPD
• Good work load (15 patients per sessions)

They are very flexible on start and finish times and you can work anything from 4-8 sessions per week. They have admin and support staff, who are dedicated to the GPs.
