This forward-thinking practice is known for its emphasis on patient-centred care and a collaborative approach within the team. The surgery offers services such as Elderly Care, Mental Health Support, and Asthma Clinics. There is an opportunity for Partnership for those who wish to pursue it, but this is not a requirement.

Set-up of the practice:

• Flexible session structure, with up to 6 sessions per week available
• 15-minute appointments with a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations
• Support for administrative tasks, with dedicated admin time
• Minimal home visits, with one visit occasionally required
• Parking available onsite for staff
• Indemnity costs fully covered by the practice
• 6 weeks annual leave and 1 additional week for training and development
