Salaried GP

An exciting new career opportunity is now available for you to practice as a Senior Salaried GP alongside a supportive and cohesive team of GP Partners and Salaried GPs. The role will allow you to practice as a Salaried GP and take your career and responsibilities into new areas as you play an instrumental role in the clinical and strategic development of the practice without carrying the liabilities of a GP Partner. Whilst working in the surgery you will benefit from excellent internal structure and workload management. To help the practice continue to achieve high-quality patient outcomes you will enjoy working alongside excellent Practice Nurses, Paramedics and Nurse Practitioners.

This role requires a minimum of 4 years post CCT NHS primary care experience and carries a minimum of 6 sessions per week. Please read on for more information.

Key Duties

• 6-8 sessions a week available
• Excellent facilities
• On-site parking
• SystmOne practice software
• Strong team of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurses and Pharmacists
• Very, very low requirement for home visits
• Highly effective Practice Manager who oversees a very well organised practice
• Clear support for continuing or developing interest clinics

Package and Benefits

• £15,000 per session, per annum
• NHS Indemnity cover
• NHS pension
• 6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata against full time)
• 1 week CPD leave (pro-rata against full time)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
• Minimum of 4 years post CCT NHS primacy care experience
