Salaried GP

  • Ps have both face-to-face and on-line clinics with admin time structured into the working day
  • 13 appointments per session ALL 15 minutes for both telephone and face to face consults
  • Same day care is run via a structured triage service managed by experienced call handlers with a GP Lead and ably supported by Paramedics, Nurses, and HCAs
  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic two-practice PCN partnership with a diverse team of MHPs, MIND Representatives, Care Co-ordinators and Social Prescribers who enhance the services they offer and provide specialist support to a diverse patient population
  • As a training practice they are always interested in supporting GPs with any special interests. Newly qualified GPs are offered bespoke support and mentorship
  • Regular whole practice training sessions and peer review opportunities
  • Forward-thinking, multi-skilled practice team that is well-run, has a great team ethos and is a high achiever for QOF but balanced with investment in staffs well-being
  • Family-friendly practice and try to accommodate working patterns to suit as far as they can

Package and Benefits

  • £11,000 to £11,700 per session per annum

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
