They are seeking a lead to help mentor trainees, drive continuous improvements and patient care. Leveraging cutting edge facilities with an extensive support team to provide the best possible care with unique opportunities for career progression.

Key Information:

• Clinical System: SystmOne 
• Supporting environment – ANP/PNs, Pharmacist, HCA and paramedics
• Clinical progression
• No on call rota
• 14 patients in am and pm.
• Limited Home visit
