Salaried GP

Summary

A progressive, successful and forward-thinking GP Training Practice are seeking an additional Salaried GP to join their team due to expansion. 

The Management team at the Practice are exceptionally dynamic and genuinely innovative, being pioneers of a unique clinical model locally resulting in their GPs having circa 20 patient contacts/day.

Daily huddles with a diverse MDT including ANPs, Clinical Pharmacists, PAs, Practice Nurses and trainees. This ensures efficient Training and passing of knowledge, while simultaneously meaning you aren’t inundated with non-urgent adhoc queries. 

Salary – £10,000 - £11,500 per session + BMA model contract + Indemnity insurance paid + NHS Pension + 7 weeks’ leave

Location – East Carmarthenshire / M4 corridor

Your role –

•    Flexible between 4-8 sessions per week
•    15-minute face-to-face appointments
•    Circa 20 patients per day
•    Minimal admin thanks to Clinical Pharmacists and efficient admin team
•    Flexible on days and start time
•    Very few home visits – 1 in a month would be a busy month!
•    Reasonable duty doctor day – 24-28 patients
