Our client is looking for a new addition to their team of 2 salaried GPs and 1 Clinical Lead GP, where they will join a close-knit team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care to a list size of 15,000 patients.

As a member of this team, you will have access to a range of nursing and medical support professionals such as ANP's, HCA's, PN's, Social Prescribers, Physios and Paramedics. Additionally, you will benefit from the support of a full admin and reception team and a practice manager.

The practice uses EMIS clinical system, and there are additional services such as Gender Dysphoria Prescribing provided on site. There is also an opportunity to participate in monthly clinical meetings and take on leadership roles in the future.

The typical setup of the GP's day includes 15 appointments in the morning and 15 in the afternoon, with one hour allocated for admin work. The practice has a paramedic, which is why visits are low, meaning the workload is manageable.

The position requires 6-10 salaried clinical sessions, with flexible working days to suit the candidate's preference. There are no specific special skills required, and there are no additional duties expected.

The offer includes a range of benefits like paid CPD/training and rewards for excellent performance. The salary range is between £10,500 and £12,500 per session. The package also covers indemnity, and there is a possibility of a golden handshake or relocation package. The practice may also sponsor Tier 2 visas.
