GP Partner - near Peterborough

Due to partner retirement, our Practice are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking partner to join our friendly patient centred dispensing and teaching practice.

They are a practice of 5 Partners and 7 salaried GPs serving 28,000 patients within a lovely mix of market town and village communities. The two Stamford based Surgeries are part of a larger Partnership with 170,000 patients over 8 sites.

Stamford for those who have not visited, is a beautiful Georgian town, idyllic enough to have formed the backdrop for many television and films. It is regularly a finalist in the Sunday Times best places to live in Britain survey.

The practice is looking to recruit individuals to help shape the future of healthcare within the local community, It is important to note that the organisation has received a CQC rating of "Requires Improvement" , after previously being rated as "Inadequate." Their goal is to continue improving this rating by strengthening the clinical workforce and continuously collaborating, innovating to improve processes and strategy.

Key Information:

• GMS contract
• 6-8 sessions per week available
• Sys 1
• Great QOF achievements
• Varied team of allied health professionals including MSK specialist, ANPs, Social
• Prescribers, neighbourhood team, GPA and clinical pharmacy team. We are part of an active and effective PCN
• A management structure compromising of a Hub manager, Operations Manager & Compliance Manager and Patient Services Manager.
• Flexible working, caring and innovative partnership with people as our priority, actively involved in teaching and training
• Part off and support from a larger partnership
