Salaried GP with view to Partnership

Background –

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a small, very sociable and very tight-knit teaching practice in a popular residential suburb of Plymouth. You will join as a Salaried GP but with a view to becoming a Partner in 6 months (or 12 months if you’d prefer a longer mutual assessment period).
The current Partnership is young, dynamic and incredibly passionate and patient centred. They are not a money-orientated practice but are managing to strike a balance between patient care and financial stability.
There is no buy-in to the Partnership given their fantastic modern, purpose-built premises are leased, meaning accessibility to the Partnership is excellent and doesn’t require a business loan.
Work/life balance is also prioritised and the practice offers 8 weeks of leave to both its Partners and Salaried GPs.
