Salaried GP required in South Somerset

 Full time or part time hours | £100,000 + FULL BENS per annum (depending on experience)

Dream Medical is looking for an experienced GP to  support the team at this excellent medical centre, where delivering excellent care to the patients and communities is a must. The Medical Centre is a central hub in the town, with a team that are friendly & close-knit. The successful General Practitioner will be employed to help ensure the safe, effective and compliant delivery of services to all patients. As a team our client is  passionate about what they do, making sure that patients are receiving the best care possible and in the right way for them.

As a service, the medical centre offers 15-minute appointments and patient contacts capped at 25 per day. In recent years, this fantastic surgery has undergone refurbishment works to provide additional clinical rooms on the ground floor. With a generous salary of up to £100,000 per annum, and NHS Pension scheme enrolment, GPs can be confident of a strong benefits package with this forward thinking employer.

What you’ll work on
•    A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
•    Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
•    Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
•    Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard 
•    Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician

What we’re looking for
•    An individual registered with the GMC and on the GP Specialty register
•    Experienced GP with a background in either primary or urgent care
•    A GP who is on the performers list
•    Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
•    Excellent organisational skills
