Working hours: 6 sessions, Monday, Thursday & Friday

Main duties of the job:

· Provide best in class patient care to patients

· Drive quality with colleagues to improve the health of all registered patients

· Work with and support members of the MDT team to provide excellent joint patient care

best primary care service in the UK; a service which exceeds the expectations for patients

and clinicians

have access to comprehensive, coordinated and continuous care within a sustainable primary

care system.

Our client appreciates that the whole primary care system is struggling, which is causing a negative effect on patient care and staff happiness. They believe they can turn this around by

reimagining how primary care is delivered from the ground up by placing a focus on data

insights, technology and clinical innovation. Ultimately, they want to improve patient access,

patient experience and health outcomes to significantly increase the quality of care for our

patients.

Our client provides a safe and well supported working environment so you can focus on providing great clinical care to patients. To do this, they take as much admin burden away from you as possible, support you with other members of the MDT and give you more time with each patient.

· 15 min booked F2F appointments

· No more than 16 booked patient contacts per session

· Minimal clinical admin (referrals, results, letters)

· Support from other practices in the group when required

Ideal applications will have the following

· GP on NHS Performer’s List

· Passionate about providing great clinical care

· Flexible and open to change to improve things

· Supportive to colleagues

· Other typical things (such as DBS, evidence of ongoing appraisals, right to work etc…)

Salary & Benefits

*Benefits listed are based on 5 or more sessions per week.

· 6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata) + 2 statutory holidays (pro-rata)

· 1 week study leave (pro-rata)

· 8 BH (pro-rata)

· £1000 annual study budget (pro-rata)
