Salaried GP - Southport - up to £11,500+ per session (15 min Appts)

The incoming GP will join a supportive and longstanding team with a reputation in providing excellent patient care.

Massive focus on reduction of GP workload - you will finish on time.

A bespoke work plan will be mutually agreed upon to accommodate individual preferences and personal circumstances.

Open to mutually agreed assessment period on a Locum period if preferred,

• 10,000 patients 
• 4 Salaried GPs
• 2 ANPs
• 2 Practice Nurses, 
• 2 HCAs, 
• 1 Physicians associates 
•  Clinical Prescribing Pharmacists
• Paramedics (managing the majority of visits)
• Clinical Admin Team in place to reduce GP workload
• State-of-the-art minor surgery suite 
• No On-Call
• Specialist clinics 
• EMIS Web clinical system
• Paid CPD session (paid at the same rate as a clinical session)
• BMA contract 

Typical Set Up

• AM - 12 patients + 3 calls 
• PM - 12 patients + 2 calls  
• Flexible start/finish times 
• The practice has a focus on the reduction of GP workload - which will be explained fully during the initial discussion

We aren't just looking to recruit GPs into an everyday typical salaried post, the aim is to add to the already long-standing team and create the best and most sustainable work plan for you as an individual. Willing to invest in GPs' development of skills and interests in any area. 

Any other clinical or contractual queries will be covered during an initial informal discussion.

The call should only take around 20 minutes and is usually conducted via Zoom or Teams (video conference) 

This is also an opportunity to have any questions you have either either clinical or contractual 

Working days and start dates are fully flexible for the right candidate but once someone has been appointed the position will be closed.
