• Current list size approx. 6,800 patients.
• 2 GP partners.
• 2 Salaried GPs.
• 2 Practice Nurses.
• 1 Nursing Associate.
• 2 Clinical Pharmacists.
• Barnet PCN 4 practice with additional care/services provided by PCN Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, First Contact Physiotherapists, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Mental Health Practitioner, Dementia Care Co-ordinator and other Care Co-ordinators.
• High QOF and IIF attainment.
• Good CQC rating.
