SALARIED GP(s) in Great Sutton Ellesmere Port

We are a friendly, well established Practice, in Great Sutton Ellesmere Port, looking for a replacement full time or job share salaried GP(s) to cover 3 sessions per week, No out of hours commitment and no extended hours commitment.

• £9,000 per session
• 4 Partners, 1 salaried GP and 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• List size 5964
• Friendly and supportive
• Full complement of committed, motivated staff including Physiotherapist, Well-being Co-ordinator & Community Multi-disciplinary Team.
• High achievement of QOF and a GOOD CQC report
• Opportunity for cluster work with local Practices, shared facilities with two other in Practices in the building
• EMIS Web sytem
• Standard BMA contract
