Salaried GP

The role is at a well established surgery with a stable team of existing Salaried GPs and Partner as well as strong clinical and clerical support functions. The surgery is a forward thinking one always looking to bring in new working initiatives or varied allied healthcare professionals to ease burden on the GPs and deliver a sustainable workload and healthy workload balance. There would be opportunities to get involved in teaching if desired. There would also be opportunities to develop interest areas.

Key Duties

• Seeking 4-5 sessions a week across Wed/Thurs/Fri
• List size of circa 7,000
• Team of Partners and Salaried GPs
• Clinical support staff including Practice Nurses, HCA's and Clinical Pharmacists
• Excellent admin support delivering a highly efficient workflow optimisation scheme
• High QOF score
• Use Emis Web
• GMS practice
• On site parking
• Flexible session start and finish times
• Support for developing interest areas

Package and Benefits

• £12,000 to £12,500 per session per annum depending on experience and skill set
• Indemnity covered
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week CPD leave
• NHS pension enrolment

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
