Lead GP / Clinical Lead - South London

Locumfish have an exciting opportunity for a Lead GP / Clinical Lead.

The Lead GP will report to the GP Partners and a GP Director and be responsible for leading and managing the practice to improve performance in partnership with the Practice Manager. They will have responsibility for overall practice performance to deliver care.

Responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the process of recruitment and appraisal of good quality, competent clinical staff and to implement the systems in place to ensure their ongoing professional development
• Be part of the leadership team
• Lead the clinical team and ensure that both practice and individual objectives are achieved.
