Salaried GP with view to partnership in Stockton on Tees, Sunderland

Alma Medical Centre (AMC) are looking to employ a salaried GP with view to partnership if desired. The practice is well-established with a list size of 11,400 patients and good CQC rating. We are a team of 2 HCAs, 1 Nurse, 2 ANPs, 2 salaried GPs and 4 clinical partners with a committed practice manager who also acts as a non-clinical partner.

We can offer:

• £11,000 per session.
• 15 minute appointments, 14 patients in the morning and 12 in the afternoon.
• Minimal visits
• Teaching opportunities
• Supportive admin team and dedicated prescriptions division.
• 6 weeks annual leave with an additional 1-week study leave.
• Induction with ongoing supportive mentorship programme
• Flexible hours (when not on call)
• Regular in-house education
• AMC can also support the fellowship scheme and tier 2 applications.

AMC is part of a successful PCN with 2 local practices. This brings a wider team of first contact physiotherapists, mental health support workers, health and wellbeing officers and social prescribers.

We are a training practice of both GP registrars and medical students from Sunderland and Newcastle.
