Salaried GP

​Background -
You will be joining a high-earning, very tight-knit practice with a small, loyal team and a patient population that really resonates with its GP surgery.
The team are hard-working and passionate which has fostered a culture of support and flexibility, with the option of setting your own hours around the workload, as evidenced by examples like a 4pm finish on non-Duty days.
You will have a large degree of control over your session, with the day structured in a way that allows you to work how you like to work, with a large degree of flexibility over working hours too (when not on-call).
We have received excellent feedback two GPs we have already placed with the practice.


Salary - £11,000 per session

Location - Amesbury area

The surgery -

• Small, semi-rural practice
• Young, dynamic Partnership
• Purpose-built Partner-owned premises

• SystmOne practice

Your role -

• Salaried GP (possible options for Partnership)
• 2-3 sessions per week
• 15 patients in the morning
• 12 patients in the afternoon
• Any combination of Wednesday PM, Thursday all day and Friday all day
• Self-generated admin only (all patients are registered to Partners)
• Minimal home visits
• No evenings or weekends
• ANP-led triage with Duty GP in support and more task-based than patient-facing
