Salaried GP

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP in the Bicester area, to join a very well established practice offering a Salaried GP position. There is also a view to Partnership available which can be tailored to the person depending on their goals.

The practice itself is a training site which has an experienced clinical team, you will be joining Partners, Salaried GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, a full Nursing team and have support from the PCN too. There are lots of opportunities and options for further development here, so depending on your goals and interests, there will be something here for you.

There are Registrars who have progressed on to be Salaried GPs here, so the team has a good level of staff retention and there is a spread of experience across the GPs. There will be options for you to get involved in the teaching of other staff and Medical Students, which will contribute towards a Portfolio career.

The practice has a Good CQC in all areas and they have a friendly patient demographic. If you would like to have a more detailed chat then they will welcome you in for a coffee.
