Dream Medical is looking for a Salaried GP to cover two sites one being a state-of-the-art, purpose-built Health Centre, open to all Milton Keynes residents. The team offer the highest levels of care, as well as tailoring services to suit patients’ health and wellbeing needs, they offer a wide range of services to their patients. Alongside normal GP appointments they also offer the following services: Practice Nurse appointments Wellbeing Advisor Childhood immunisations long term condition management Shingles/Pneumonia and Flu Vaccinations Carers health checks & the other a small surgery which is operated as a branch of the previously mentioned surgery.

You’ll be working with a great local team and will have the support of the wider NHS Services Leadership team and our Support Centre teams as well.

Within this role you will be undertaking clinical and administrative sessions, making autonomous decisions in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients. On a standard day, you will manage patients with complex and long-term health conditions proactively, ensuring we are able to support our patients in staying well. You will also support the wider MDT by provider expert advice and guidance. You will work alongside a wider multi-Disciplinary Team including: Practices Nurses, ACPs, Wellbeing Advisors, Health Coaches, Physician Associate, and more.

What you will work on

•    A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments

•    Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients

•    Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required

•    Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard

•    Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions

      are care for at the right time, by the right clinician

What the Client is looking for

•    An individual registered with the GMC and on the GP Specialty register

•    Experienced GP with a background in either primary or urgent care

•    A GP who is on the performers list

•    Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the business

•    Excellent organisational skills
