​​A genuinely rare opportunity to make a big difference, in a tightly knit inner city Gloucester Practice. The Practice is looking for a Partner GP to work complement their existing team due to the retirement of a long-standing Partner.

All interests would be welcomed and accommodated where possible.

The team prides themselves on work-life balance, and as a Practice have one of the lowest patient workloads in the county.

Background

We're recruiting an additional Partner GP, for a very highly regarded GP practice in Gloucester. This is the final piece of the jigsaw for an otherwise very well-staffed practice. The patient numbers are far below local norms, seeing 22 patients per day (in 15-minute appointments) with virtually no home visits.

The Practice can be exceptionally flexible on sessions, accommodating anywhere between 2-8 sessions per week.

Salary

Your role

• 3-4 sessions per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
• Minimal administrative duties
• Only 22 patients per day
• 15-minute appointments - including phone calls
