Key Information:

• 15 mins appts includes telephone  and face to face.
• 12 patients per session in morning and 13 patients in afternoon.
• Hybrid working pattern.
• Fully staffed with extra support of pharmacist and physiotherapist.
• 15 patients in morning and 16 patients in afternoon.
• Routine waits less than 1 week.
