We are a friendly and forward-thinking 5-site training practice looking after 41,000 patients spanning over Bracknell, Crowthorne and Sandhurst. With 18 GPs (9 Partners and 9 Salaried GPs) as well as an extensive clinical team, we aim to deliver excellence and innovation in primary care (first practice in our locality to host pharmacists and paramedics, recent finalists in General Practice Awards for most innovative practice).
There is a strong ethos on education as well as on supporting one another, with each salaried having a GP Partner as a mentor. We provide educational and clinical meetings several times a month (including one full afternoon per month practice closure for protected teaching session) and train GP ST’s and FY doctors, medical students, nursing students, pharmacy students and physician associate students.
We are highly active within our ICS, Federation and PCN (The Health Triangle) with 2 of our Partners being Co-Clinical Directors. We also have clinical lead positions within the ICB. Being the majority practice within the PCN, we have delivered a number of exciting projects already, including a Cancer Quality Care Project and a Dermatology “Drive-Through” Service which has received national recognition for our patients.
We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
