Salaried GP

The practice is currently seeking another Salaried GP to join their existing team. The team is very experienced and cohesive, being led by a strong Partnership, and including Salaried GPs, experienced Nurses, and other practitioners to support the GP team.

The role itself is ideally suited to any level of experience including those who will be newly qualified. This is a supportive training practice meaning that there is plenty of support available and mentoring for incoming GPs. You will benefit from an open door culture, regular meetings with peers, and experienced GPs in the team that you can turn to. This is truly an excellent environment for any GP.

Key Duties

  • Salaried GP role
  • EMIS
  • Telephone first basis
  • A level of flexibility to plan your own session
  • Duty allocated on a rota basis, circa 1 day per week
  • Efficiently managed workload with a strong admin team
  • Keen on maintaining work-life balance
  • Minimal home visits (only EOL)
  • Ongoing mentoring and support
  • Open to GPs seeking Partnership in future

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
