Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP who enjoys working in primary care for a surgery with located in Reading

This client provides a safe and well supported working environment so that you can focus on providing great clinical care to patients. To do this, they take as much admin burden away from you as possible, support you with other members of the MDT and give you more time with each patients.

• 15 minutes booked F2F appointments.
• No more than 16 booked patients contacts per session.
• Minimal clinical admin (referrals, results, letters) due to their centralised functions.
• Support from other practices in the group when required.

In return they would like for you to work collaboratively with your colleagues – especially to help support non-GP clinicians to also deliver excellent patient care.

The main duties of the role include:

• Provide best in class patient care to their patients.
• Drive quality with colleagues to improve health of all registered patients.
• Work with and support members of the MDT team to provide excellent joint patient care.
• Help them to foster a collaborative, ambitious and innovative culture so they can build the best primary care service in the UK, a service which exceeds the expectations for patients and clinicians.
